The large comfortable house has a main-level open floor plan with three bedrooms and a finished basement with a recreation room, a comfortable futon & two additional rooms. The house has two full bathrooms, a living room with a pull-out couch and a gas fireplace, dining room, a fully equipped granite kitchen, washer and dryer and is air conditioned. In addition to the internal amenities, the house has a very large backyard with an outdoor shower, deck, screened-in porch for outdoor dining, an above ground pool, hot-tub, grill, fire-pit, and a beautiful gazebo fronted by a fish pond. There is a playground & public tennis courts within a ½ mile, fine and casual dining and Newport is only 30 minutes away, while ferries to Block Island and Martha’s Vineyard only 25 minutes away.
