Narragansett has several great beaches to explore. Roger Wheeler Beach (also known as Sand Hill Cove) is a protected cove, great for little ones. Roger Wheeler offers a playground and craft time. Scarborough State Beach offers body surfing and boogie-board riding on it’s rolling surf. Narragansett Town Beach is a beautiful beach and only a few miles away. The area is great for bike riding, walking or jogging. Deep sea fishing charters, the Block Island Ferry and fish markets are a 5 minute car ride away in the fishing port called Galilee.
