The tranquility of up-island plus 2 types of convenience–you don’t have to get in the car to go to the beach or to walk in the woods. If you want, you can simply veg on the porch. Second, if you do want to go somewhere, it is only a short trip to go to the movies, find a restaurant, get a quart of milk or stop by the post office. You can’t easily walk into town, but on the other hand, you don’t have to listen to traffic noise or someone else’s music.

Contemporary house on 3+ wooded acres only 2.5 miles to the Black Dog cafe and Cronig’s supermarket, just 3.5 miles to Vineyard Haven restaurants, shops and the ferry. Shady porch, sunny deck, nearby hiking and biking trails.
