Beautiful 4 bedroom cottage home in Oak Bluffs, MV available for weekly rent in June for only $1500/week!! This is a beautiful cottage in a quiet neighborhood with a large yard a short walk from the Island Queen passenger ferry and to downtown maine Street. This home has 4 bedrooms set up as follows: A nursery with a full crib and a twin bed, bedroom 2 has a full bed, and a twin bed, bedroom 3 has a queen bed, and bedroom 4 has a king bed. There are 2 full baths, an outdoor shower, and a cozy covered porch with 5 rockers! Other fees include a cleaning fee of $150. The only unavailable days in June are the 18th to the 21st.

The house is 300 feet from the beach and has 4 bedrooms and sleeps 8 people. The house has a large living room, sunroom, dining room, breakfast nook in the kithcen. The house features a full kitchen with a new electric stove, microwave/toaster oven, dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer. There are 2 full bathrooms, and an outside shower as well. There is a large backyard which is great for children. We are minutes from the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard and minutes from the center of town and other shopping areas. The house is available for weekley rentals from May 1st thru the month of October. Feel free to contact us with any questions and dates when the house is available. We also have another house which adjacent to this house and is available for rentals as well. If one house is taken the other house may be available. We also rent the houses together.

TanagerHouse, located on a hillside at the western tip of the Island, is a three story open, light filled, spacious, comfortable and fully equipped 4 bedroom 3 bath oak post and beam home.Vineyard farmhouse style, it is surrounded by decks on both main levels. The best island beaches are a short walk away. Sunsets are spectacular; the GayHead Lighthouse keeps company. Stores, restaurants and farmer’s markets are nearby. All amenities/services are available.

Please note that summer rent is based on the numbers of people who visit, starting at $2200 to $2800 /week, inclusive absent the actual costs of tel/cable/internet and cleaners. There is a limit of six to eight people including children; 2 well behaved dogs are welcome.A full description with photos is available for those seriously interested.
