Year round well cared for vacation home in a quiet family neighborhood. Immaculate and fully equipped with all the comforts of home.

SLEEPS 4-6: Large Master Bedroom with cathedral ceiling and queen bed, walk in closet. Second bedroom is spacious with twin beds. Cathedral ceiling family room with sky light and pull out queen sleeper with french doors for privacy if you choose to use this as a 3rd sleeping area. Linens are not provided.
Living room. Full sized kitchen. Breakfast bar which seats 2. Dining room seats 6. Full bath with tub and shower.

AMMENITIES: full-sized washer and dryer in kitchen. Dishwasher. Microwave. Iron and ironing board. WIFI. Two Cable TVs, DVD player and stereo with IPOD docking station. Lobster pot . All utensils.
Enjoy the perennials and hydrangeas while relaxing on the front porch rocking chairs. Great back yard with gas grill, patio seating area, lounge chairs, and a covered picnic table. Perfect for your outdoor barbeque. Enclosed outdoor shower with changing area .

LOCATION: convenient to Route 28, Route 6 , and a short drive to 6A. The mid Cape area is the perfect location to explore all that the Cape and the Islands has to offer. West Dennis has 16 ocean beaches and 2 fresh water ponds which are all accessible with a weekly beach pass.

Summer weeks run Saturday to Saturday. Arrival at 3 p.m. and Departure at 10:00 a.m.

A $300 refundable Damage/Security deposit is required for summer rentals.

Summer Reservation Information: A 50% deposit and a signed rental agreement required at time of reservation. Final 50% plus refundable security deposit due One Month before vacation.

Payment: Payment by bank check or personal check in US dollars only.

A Brief Description:

House Description:

The first bedroom has a queen size bed, the second bedroom has a bunk bed with a full on the bottom and a twin on top and the third bedroom has a full size bed.

Area Description:

Narragansett has several great beaches to explore. Roger Wheeler Beach (also known as Sand Hill Cove) is a protected cove, great for little ones. Roger Wheeler offers a playground and craft time. Scarborough State Beach offers body surfing and boogie-board riding on it’s rolling surf. Narragansett Town Beach is a beautiful beach and only a few miles away. The area is great for bike riding, walking or jogging. Deep sea fishing charters, the Block Island Ferry and fish markets are a 5 minute car ride away in the fishing port called Galilee. Explore Newport and tour the mansions or walk the cobblestone wharfs. Shopping and restaurants galore! Nearby are many family and upscale restaurants, as well as supermarkets, ice cream parlors, movie theatres and a bowling alley. Adventureland for children of all ages offers batting cages, go-carts and mini golf to keep the kids happy. Take the fast ferry to Martha’s Vineyard. Drive 40 minutes to Providence to eat at world class restaurants on Federal Hill, tour historic museums and homes on the East Side or take in a show in the theater district. Try your luck, shop, dine or take in a show at the Mohegan Sun and Foxwoods Casinos just 40 minutes away.
