Due to an unexpected cancellation I find myself having to quickly fill my vacation home rental. My loss is your gain, as I am reducing the rental price from $1995/wk. to $1775/wk. for the last two weeks in July.

The three-bedroom Oak Bluffs vacation home in located on Stanley Rd., quiet dead end street. It is centrally located to Oak Bluff Center and Vineyard Haven Center, so you are always a quick walk or drive to the Ferry, shopping, restaurants, movies, and all the other charming amenities.

The home has one bedroom with a double bed; the second twins beds, and the third bunk beds. There is one full bath, living room, dining, and kitchen area.

4 Bedrooms available: 1 Master bedroom with Queen pillow top bed and large walk in shower with italian bisazza mosaic tile on 1st floor.

1st floor includes Gourmet kitchen with Italian Bertazzoni 6 Burner/griddle stove and SS appliances, Great room with bluestone fireplace, large windows with waterviews, large screen TV with surround sound, Dining table for up to 10, French sliding door to Play room with sectional couch, large cable TV/Wii, foosball and games; Master suite with bedroom and bathroom, Washer and Dryer.

2nd floor has 2 bedrooms with double beds and share full bath/shower with 2 sinks and carerra marble counter and tile floor.

3rd floor has cozy tower bedroom with double bed. Additional airbed available for up to 10 guests.

Away from the hubbub but minutes to all of Newport’s restaurants, nightlife, museums, yacht clubs and harbor.

Within walking, running and biking of Middletown’s beautiful 2nd and 3rd Beaches, Norman Bird Sanctuary, Sachuest Point Wildlife Sanctuary, Sweet Berry Farm, Newport National Golf Course, vineyard, and Aquidneck Island Open Space walking trails.
