Last Minute Vacation August 29 to September 4. (6 Nights ONLY)

Kick back and put your feet up on the front deck and enjoy watching the boats come in and out of Lewis Bay Harbor. Our 3 bedroom Bay View Cottage is just 100 yards from Bay View Beach (2 minute walk) and is located in a residential neighborhood. It’s a short walk to the Steamship Authority Ferry which brings you to the island of Nantucket. Hyannis Marina is one street over where you might enjoy dinner at Tugboats.

The SOUTH side of the Bay View Cottage accommodates a family of 6 with three upstairs bedrooms each having a double bed plus a full bathroom. You have great views of the water from 2 of the 3 bedrooms. The living room and dining room also have water views and the kitchen is supplied with dishes, utensils, coffee maker, toaster, microwave and cookware. We also have an outdoor shower to wash off the sand after a long day at the beach.

You’re 1-1/2 miles from Ocean Street in Hyannis where you’ll find all the boats to the islands of Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard. You can embark on a 4 hour deep sea fishing trips. On Ocean Street you can enjoy the wonderful seafood at the many restaurants. Less than a mile away is Main Street in Hyannis where you’ll find more restaurants and shopping opportunities. After your dinner play round of miniature golf or take a lovely ride on the Cape Cod Railroad which is located minutes from the cottage.

You can also catch a concert at the Cape Cod Melody Tent and on Wednesday mornings at the Melody Tent they have children’s plays. On a rainy day you can enjoy the shopping at the Cape Cod Mall or at the many antique stores!

Just installed new plush carpeting on the 1st floor and nice hardwood floors upstairs.

Don’t worry about sheets; they will be on the bed when you arrive!!

We also have a Pack & Play and a Jumperoo for our youngest guests!

We rent by the week only (Saturday to Saturday) We have 8/28-9/4 or 9/4-9/11 open.

The NORTH side of our Bay View Cottage can accommodate a family of 3. Look out your bedroom window and enjoy the boats coming in and out of Lewis Bay Harbor. The one bedroom offers a double bed and daybed. The kitchen is supplied with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishes, pans, silverware, utensils, coffee maker and toaster.

You can enjoy your morning breakfast on the small deck or you may choose the view from the picture window overlooking a wooded area. Look out your bedroom window and enjoy watching the boats come in and out of Lewis Bay Harbor. Also included are 2 cable televisions, A/C, an outside table and a small hibachi. An outside enclosed hot/cold shower is perfect for rinsing off the sand after a long day at the beach.

With a short walking distance to the water, our beautiful home allows you to enjoy a nice walk and nearby unobstructed views of Martha’s Vineyard.

The home is a fully renovated comfortable family house, with spacious living areas, and a European Standard fully fitted Kitchen. The home is spread out over 2 large floors.

On the ground floor of the house we have spacious family living room accommodation, Professional Kitchen, Dining Room, Laundry, Television Room with DVD player, cable, stereo system, Playstation 3 with a selection of games.

To the rear of the home is a beautiful spacious garden, the private enclosed garden is equipped with BBQ and seating area for the entire family.

Upstairs we have 1 large double bedroom with King size bed and private bath, 2 large double bedrooms with Queen size bed, and 2 twin bedrooms with single beds with shared bath. Each room is fully equipped with communal Cable TV, telephone, air-conditioning and all linens.

The home has a High Speed Internet connection, free local telephone calls.

Rental Rates for August/September: $4000.00 Per Week + $1500.00 Security Damage Deposit
