With a short walking distance to the water, our beautiful home allows you to enjoy a nice walk and nearby unobstructed views of Martha’s Vineyard.

The home is a fully renovated comfortable family house, with spacious living areas, and a European Standard fully fitted Kitchen. The home is spread out over 2 large floors.

On the ground floor of the house we have spacious family living room accommodation, Professional Kitchen, Dining Room, Laundry, Television Room with DVD player, cable, stereo system, Playstation 3 with a selection of games.

To the rear of the home is a beautiful spacious garden, the private enclosed garden is equipped with BBQ and seating area for the entire family.

Upstairs we have 1 large double bedroom with King size bed and private bath, 2 large double bedrooms with Queen size bed, and 2 twin bedrooms with single beds with shared bath. Each room is fully equipped with communal Cable TV, telephone, air-conditioning and all linens.

The home has a High Speed Internet connection, free local telephone calls.

Rental Rates for August/September: $4000.00 Per Week + $1500.00 Security Damage Deposit

Spend a glorious week in a charming, small house in historic district. Three blocks to beach, three block stroll to restaurants and shopping. Rents Monday-to-Monday. So convenient you can walk from the ferry and won’t need a car. House has a deck, patio, off-street parking, enclosed outdoor shower. Fully-equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, TV/DVD, two bicycles, weber grill. Sleeps five maximum in three bedrooms, one bath. Two excellent queen beds, one loveseat pull-out. A carefree, relaxing, efficient, convenient, totally fun place. Doggies with our approval.

House faces a small park on Pennacook Ave. where you can run your dog. Or take the kids to the playground a block away, where there are four public tennis courts and basketball. Everthing is here!

Enjoy the beauty of Martha’s Vineyard in the Fall at our spacious and bright South Beach home! Pleasant walk to South Beach across the Katama Plains, bike ride to historic Edgartown. Our home is the perfect place for exploring the serene and natural beauty of the island! The Fall is a perfect time to truly enjoy the island – the days are warm, the crowds are gone, the ocean waters are temperate – all of the magic of the island is yours!

Lovely, private setting for an unforgettable island visit. Beautifully furnished & decorated. Meticulously maintained. 3 levels of living space – 2,300 sq feet of bright natural light: spacious living area with cathedral ceiling great room opens to large, fully equipped kitchen & sun filled dining area. 2nd floor overlooks the 1st floor living space. 1st floor great room is designed for relaxing; furnished foremost for comfort, gently cooled by a ceiling fan & softly lit in the evening by track lighting. 3 sliding glass doors open to large south-facing deck, overlooking landscaped lawn & garden. Bedrooms are immaculate & comfortable.
