Built in 1884 for the Sea Captain because of it’s perfect point location, the Manomet Beach house has been completely renovated and features cathedral ceilings, hardwood floors, skylights, a cozy fireplace, big screen TV, wireless internet, and an open floor plan with a large, fully equipped kitchen. A wrap-around deck and an outdoor spa (with a hot and cold outdoor shower) overlooks a spectacular ocean view and we have a private beach for bonfires and cook-outs. Four bedrooms with plenty of TVs, DVDs, VCRs, a reading and video library, toys, Playstation, and more. The beach house is located near a bird sanctuary, where you can spot a variety of wildlife including ocean seals, exotic birds, and sometimes even a deer! We’re walking distance to a public boat ramp, the very popular White Horse beach, fresh take-out seafood, and nature trails. This house is perfect for relaxation, romance or socializing with family and friends!
Manomet Beach is a charming beach community just south of Plymouth, ten minutes to the Cape and an hour to Boston. Nearby activities include golf, tennis, boating, hiking, museums, horseback riding, shopping, nature trails, and ferry boat rides to Martha’s Vineyard, Nantucket and Provincetown. Historic sights in Plmouth include the Mayfower, Plimouth Plantation, antique shops, Plymouth Rock, historic homes and churches, and much more.

Spacious and immaculate custom-built home, WALK (3/4 mile) TO SOUTH BEACH, bike/drive to historic Edgartown. Adjacent to Herring Creek Road bike path. Lovely, private setting for an unforgettable island visit. Beautifully furnished & decorated. Meticulously maintained. 3 levels of living space – 2,300 sq feet of bright natural light: spacious living area with cathedral ceiling great room opens to large, fully equipped kitchen & sun filled dining area. 2nd floor overlooks the 1st floor living space. 1st floor great room is designed for relaxing; furnished foremost for comfort, gently cooled by a ceiling fan & softly lit in the evening by track lighting. 3 sliding glass doors open to large south-facing deck, overlooking landscaped lawn & garden. Enjoy Cape Cod in the fall! Our duplex is located in Brewster, Mass. with easy access to Provincetown, Hyannis, Martha’s Vineyard and other Cape Cod locations. We have a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit with a queen size sofa pull out bed, living room, dining room and eat in, fully equipped kitchen. You can view the resort at www.brewstergreenresort.cin. Considering an amazing spring, summer or fall vacation on the Vineyard for rest and/or recreation? You can have it all in our cute well maintained 3 bedroom, 2 full bath home in Edgartown. We sleep six with comfort and privacy.
On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms ( one has a queen bed, the other 2 twin beds), full bath, fully equipped kitchen and living room. Our lower level has been finished with a full bath, bedroom with 2 twin beds, family room with television/vcr(cable). We have been told by our guests that their kids love the lower level as it offers them privacy. ” Their own apartment” Our deck, directly off of the living room, is 12′ x 12′ and is covered by an awning and roll up sides which provide maximum comfort regardless of weather. The large deck table seats 8 and is great for meals, playing cards, reading or just pleasant conversation. Lighting on the deck provides flexibility for evening entertaining. Outside there is a shower, propane grill and additional chairs. Our landscaped yard provides excellent privacy and seclusion as we border the state forest. We provide almost everything you need for a Vineyard Vacation including linens (sheets, towels, pillow cases and blankets). For the beach we have sand chairs, umbrella, beach blanket, towels and a cooler on wheels. There are no additional fees, everything is included in the weekly rental rate. State Beach in Oak Bluffs is 3.5 miles and South Beach in Katama is 5.5 miles.
For night life our home is convenient to the three towns; Edgartown, Oak Bluffs and Vineyard Haven, each about 3.5 miles from the house. For transportation bringing your car is optimal, however the public bus system is efficient and reasonable in cost. Bring your bikes, as the house is convenient to the bike path network. On a beautiful summer morning, it is a 18 minute bike ride to Oak Bluffs to enjoy a cup of coffee by the spectacular ocean.
I have excellent rates for this 2010, especially April, May and June. The Vineyard has a different vibe, each of those months. The weather is warming and the summer crowds are non-existant. For early booking/payment I have further discounts which I would be happy to discuss with you.

Consider vacationing on the Vineyard this year. Spring, Summer and Fall are amazing on the Vineyard. Rest and recreation, you can have it all! We have acute, well maintained home on the Island. Located in Edgartown, we have three bedrooms, 2 full baths; sleeping six with comfort and privacy. On the first floor there are two bedrooms ( one bedroom has a queen bed, the other two twin beds), bath, fully equipped kitchen and living room. Our lower level has been finished with a full bath, bedroom with two twin beds a family room with television/vcr ( cable equipped). We have told by our repeat guests their kids love the lower level as it affords them privacy. It becomes their own “apartment”. Our deck is relatively large at 12′ x 12′ and is covered with an awning and roll up sides which provide mazimum comfort in any weather condition. There is a large table on the deck with seating for eight. This deck is great for dining, playing cards, reading or just pleasant conversation. A small library of books, vcr/dvds movies are in the house. There is lighting on the deck, providing the flexibility for evening entertaining. Outside there is a shower, a propane grill and additional chairs for sitting. Our yard provides excellent privacy and seclusion, as we border the state forest. We provide almost everything you need for a vacation. All the linens, including sheets, towels, pillow cases, blankets, etc. are provided, the kitchen is fully applianced, for the beach there are beach chairs, umbrella, beach blanket, cooler and beach towels. State Beach in Oak Bluffs is 3.5 mi and South Beach in Katama is 5.5 mi.
For night life, our home is very, very convenient to the three towns ( Edgartown, Vineyard haven and Oak Bluffs), each being about 3.5 miles from the house. You have several options for transportation. Bringing your car over is optimal, however the public bus system during the season is terrific in terms of frequency and cost, it really can’t be beat. The Vineyard has an extensive bike path system which makes using a bicycle easy and convenient. As an example, the trip by bike to Oak Bluffs is about 18 minutes with a relatively flat route. Very easy to bike into town on a beautiful summer morning for a cup of coffee by the ocean. The view is spectacular and extremely soothing. I highly recommend it.
I have excellent rates this year, particularily April, May and June. The Vineyard has an entirely different vibe in the early months of the season. The weather is warming while it is a little early for the beach, there are other options and of course the summer crowds are non-existant. An excellent time for a Vineyard get away.
