1st floor includes Gourmet kitchen with Italian Bertazzoni 6 Burner/griddle stove and SS appliances, Great room with bluestone fireplace, large windows with waterviews, large screen TV with surround sound, Dining table for up to 10, French sliding door to Play room with sectional couch, large cable TV/Wii, foosball and games; Master suite with bedroom and bathroom, Washer and Dryer.

Martha’s Vineyard 5 Bedroom 2.5 bath house available July 24-31st including vehicle ferry tickets. Our house is ideally located as follows:

* 10 minute walk to the South Beach area or just a few minutes by bike (you can take the bike path to get there too)
* 2 minutes to the bike path (it?s a new bike path! Just completed last year)
* 1.5 miles to down-town Edgartown

We have 3 TV?s (one of them is a new flat-screen TV), a DVD player two of them, and we have wireless internet. Please don?t hesitate to contact me with any further questions that you may have.
