The tranquility of up-island plus 2 types of convenience–you don’t have to get in the car to go to the beach or to walk in the woods. If you want, you can simply veg on the porch. Second, if you do want to go somewhere, it is only a short trip to go to the movies, find a restaurant, get a quart of milk or stop by the post office. You can’t easily walk into town, but on the other hand, you don’t have to listen to traffic noise or someone else’s music.

Meticulously maintained. 3 levels of living space – 2,300 sq feet of bright natural light: spacious living area with cathedral ceiling great room opens to large, fully equipped kitchen & sun filled dining area. 2nd floor overlooks the 1st floor living space. 1st floor great room is designed for relaxing; furnished foremost for comfort, gently cooled by a ceiling fan & softly lit in the evening by track lighting. 3 sliding glass doors open to large south-facing deck, overlooking landscaped lawn & garden. Bedrooms are immaculate & comfortable. Adjacent to Herring Creek Road bike path.
