TanagerHouse, located on a hillside at the western tip of the Island, is a three story open, light filled, spacious, comfortable and fully equipped 4 bedroom 3 bath oak post and beam home.Vineyard farmhouse style, it is surrounded by decks on both main levels. The best island beaches are a short walk away. Sunsets are spectacular; the GayHead Lighthouse keeps company. Stores, restaurants and farmer’s markets are nearby. All amenities/services are available.

Please note that summer rent is based on the numbers of people who visit, starting at $2200 to $2800 /week, inclusive absent the actual costs of tel/cable/internet and cleaners. The house, located on a quiet cul-de-sac, is only minutes from Green Hill Beach (private beach parking included). The large comfortable house has a main-level open floor plan with three bedrooms and a finished basement with a recreation room, a comfortable futon & two additional rooms. The house has two full bathrooms, a living room with a pull-out couch and a gas fireplace, dining room, a fully equipped granite kitchen, washer and dryer and is air conditioned. In addition to the internal amenities, the house has a very large backyard with an outdoor shower, deck, screened-in porch for outdoor dining, an above ground pool, hot-tub, grill, fire-pit, and a beautiful gazebo fronted by a fish pond. Built in 1884 for the Sea Captain because of it’s perfect point location, the Manomet Beach house has been completely renovated and features cathedral ceilings, hardwood floors, skylights, a cozy fireplace, big screen TV, wireless internet, and an open floor plan with a large, fully equipped kitchen. A wrap-around deck and an outdoor spa (with a hot and cold outdoor shower) overlooks a spectacular ocean view and we have a private beach for bonfires and cook-outs. Four bedrooms with plenty of TVs, DVDs, VCRs, a reading and video library, toys, Playstation, and more. The beach house is located near a bird sanctuary, where you can spot a variety of wildlife including ocean seals, exotic birds, and sometimes even a deer! We’re walking distance to a public boat ramp, the very popular White Horse beach, fresh take-out seafood, and nature trails. Manomet Beach is a charming beach community just south of Plymouth, ten minutes to the Cape and an hour to Boston.
