We own a new three-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom vacation home in Oak Bluffs, Martha’s Vineyard. The home comfortably sleeps up to eight people and features an outdoor shower. Construction on the home was completed in the Spring of 2007. Most important is location. The home is a quick three minute walk to the beach, so there is no hassle with parking or crowds. The home is located two miles from both Oak Bluffs Center and Vineyard Haven Center, so you are always a quick walk or drive away from the ferry, shopping, restaurants, arcade, banks, movie theater and all other common amenities.

The home is cleaned between every rental. For your convenience we provide linens, towels, beach chairs, a cooler, a pack-n-play, a booster seat, and a baby gate.

The tranquility of up-island plus 2 types of convenience–you don’t have to get in the car to go to the beach or to walk in the woods. If you want, you can simply veg on the porch. You can’t easily walk into town, but on the other hand, you don’t have to listen to traffic noise or someone else’s music.
