Spend a glorious week in a charming, small house in historic district. Three blocks to beach, three block stroll to restaurants and shopping. Rents Monday-to-Monday. So convenient you can walk from the ferry and won’t need a car. House has a deck, patio, off-street parking, enclosed outdoor shower. Fully-equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, TV/DVD, two bicycles, weber grill. Sleeps five maximum in three bedrooms, one bath. Two excellent queen beds, one loveseat pull-out. A carefree, relaxing, efficient, convenient, totally fun place. Doggies with our approval.

House faces a small park on Pennacook Ave. where you can run your dog. Or take the kids to the playground a block away, where there are four public tennis courts and basketball. Everthing is here!

We own a new 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom vacation home in Oak Bluffs, Martha’s Vineyard. The home comfortably sleeps up to eight people and features an outdoor shower. Construction on the home was completed in the Spring of 2007.

Most important is location. The home is a quick three minute walk to the beach, so there is no hassle with parking or crowds. The home is located two miles from both Oak Bluffs Center and Vineyard Haven Center, so you are always a quick walk or drive away from the ferry, shopping, restaurants, arcade, banks, movie theater and all other common amenities.

This home will make you feel very comfortable with dark and wide hardwood floors, granite and marble counters, central A/C, bead board and crown moldings and stainless appliances. There is a beautiful master bathroom with a rain shower, as well as a guest bath with a jacuzzi tub. The open floor plan includes a screened-in porch and a wrap around farmers porch. Real cape cod feel with modern amenities.

The home is cleaned between every rental. For your convenience we provide linens, towels, beach chairs, a cooler, a pack-n-play, a booster seat, and a baby gate.

Our rates are as follows:

Jan. 1 2010 – March 31 2010 $500/weekend or $1,100/week

April 1, 2010 – May 13 2010 $700 or $1,200/week

May 14 2010 – Jun. 26 2010 $900 or $1,700/week

Jun. 27 2010 – Jul. 31 2010 $2,600/week (no weekends)

Aug. 1 2010 – Sep. 6 2010 $2,900/week (no weekends)

Sep. 7 2010 – Dec 31. 2010 $700/weekend or $1,300/week
