We own a new 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom vacation home in Oak Bluffs, Martha’s Vineyard. The home comfortably sleeps up to eight people and features an outdoor shower. Construction on the home was completed in the Spring of 2007. Most important is location. The home is a quick three minute walk to the beach, so there is no hassle with parking or crowds. The home is located two miles from both Oak Bluffs Center and Vineyard Haven Center, so you are always a quick walk or drive away from the ferry, shopping, restaurants, arcade, banks, movie theater and all other common amenities.

This home will make you feel very comfortable with dark and wide hardwood floors, granite and marble counters, central A/C, bead board and crown moldings and stainless appliances. There is a beautiful master bathroom with a rain shower, as well as a guest bath with a jacuzzi tub. The open floor plan includes a screened-in porch and a wrap around farmers porch. Real cape cod feel with modern amenities.

The home is cleaned between every rental. For your convenience we provide linens, towels, beach chairs, a cooler, a pack-n-play, a booster seat, and a baby gate.

Two bed, two bath unit in downtown Edgartown is available for rent during the first week of June. It is very family-friendly and just minutes away (walking) from all of the restaurants and shops. Located right on the harbor with pool /jacuzzi/sauna access and full kitchen amenities. Parking available.
