The house is located on a quiet dead-end street, within an easy 5 minute stroll to a warm and gentle Nantucket Sound beach. Swim, play in the sand, and enjoy the view of Lewis Bay and many boats that enter Hyannis Inner Harbor every year. Walk to island ferries from Lewis Bay Retreat without having to worry about scarce parking.

Our recent guests the location of this home: ”We have had the most fantastic week. Your house is absolutely perfect, a real home from home – we could not have hoped for more! The situation in Hyannis was great, very peaceful but yet within easy walking distance of the beach and restaurants. We loved the convenience of the beach at the end of the road and it was great to sit and watch all the boat tours going past.”

The kitchen is fully applianced and stocked with cooking necessities. Washer/dryer; A/C units in the bedrooms; local phone service; Wireless DSL.

Cable TV, VCR, DVD player, DVD library, Sony Playstation with games, books and board games, for an occasional rainy day or a quiet evening in.

”Thank you for providing such a pleasant atmosphere for our vacation on the Cape. It can sometimes be a little scary when renting something without seeing it first. We were not disappointed. Your thoughtfulness was much appreciated and your home so warm and welcoming. Our every need was met and we enjoyed our short walks to the beach and trips around the area”

Hyannis Harbor, Cape Cod Railroad, deep sea fishing and 5 public golf courses are all within very easy reach!

Your house is wonderfully welcoming. Everything was so well thought out and we really appreciated the wine and choccies! We had a wonderful holiday here. The accommodation is spotless and very homely. The house is very well equipped. Every effort was taken to ensure that we enjoyed our stay. The beach is walking distance and very safe for children. This was a great base to explore from. We reccommend the bike hire at Martha’s Vineyard!â€�
