Our three bedroom, one and a half bath home is situated on three acres of private land right up the road from wonderful Lambert’s Cove beach. The beach is a ten-minute walk or two-minute bike ride away. The kitchen is newly renovated with cherry cabinets, a granite countertop and all new appliances. There is a wrap around deck off the kitchen and living room allowing for convenient indoor/outdoor living. The finished basement features extra sleeping and play space as well as television, VCR and DVD. A wonderful vacation spot for the whole family.

This three bedroom ranch is located in Dennisport. The house has one double bed and four single beds, washer and dryer, cable tv, an enclosed sunporch with a deck and an outdoor shower. Sea Street Beach, Glendon Beach and Hagius Beach are a 1/4 of a mile and West Dennis Beach one of Cape Cod’s best beaches is 1.5 miles. This house is a great location for families with children. Cape Cod Baseball, boat rentals for the Swan River, mini golf, The Sundae School ( ice cream) , deep sea fishing, great antique stores and wonderful restaurants are near by. Yarmouth the next town from Dennisport has a great childrens aquarium. Harwich also the next town from Dennisport offers boat service to Nantucket. Hyannis two towns from Dennisport offers boat service to both Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard. Hyannis also has the Cape Cod Melody Tent which offers top quality concerts.
