This Cape Cod cottage is a clean and comfortable vacation rental in the Maravista section of East Falmouth Ma. The property borders on a beautiful salt-water bay beach and boating dock. Located in a Quiet, Family, Child safe neighborhood surrounded by picturesque wetlands and bike/walking path, which leads to a Nantucket Sound beaches. This two-story cottage has two bedrooms, a bath, enclosed hot/cold outside shower. It offers a Queen size and four twin beds that sleep up to five guests. The cottage also boasts of cable television, VCR, DVD, Internet Broadband, kitchen with microwave, coffeemaker, toaster and utensils, a barbecue grill, patio, picnic table, and lawn furniture for those looking to cook or relax outside.

Only 400 feet to a salt-water bay, the cottage is convenient for swimming, boating, and fishing, great location for kayaking in the Great Bay. Other popular activities in the area include deep-sea fishing and windsurfing. For those looking for adventures in and around town, Falmouth offers four Golf Courses nearby and numerous fine eateries, lovely boutiques and theaters. Downtown Falmouth is only three minutes away by car, and 15 minutes to nearby Woods Hole with its famous Oceanographic Institute and Marine Aquarium, is easily accessible by both car and bicycle. The scenic Falmouth Harbor is home to the “Island Queen”, one of the ferries that runs between the mainland and Martha’s Vineyard (a must day trip).

Summer Rate: $1,400.00 weekly

Summer weeks run Saturday to Saturday. Arrival at 3 p.m. and Departure at 10:00 a.m.
A $300 refundable Damage/Security deposit is required for summer rentals.
Summer Reservation Information: A 50% deposit and a signed rental agreement required at time of reservation. Final 50% plus refundable security deposit due One Month before vacation.
Payment: Payment by bank check or personal check in US dollars only.

A Brief Description:

Your family will love this 3 bedroom charming, clean and well maintained home only a short walk to Roger Wheeler State Beach. The house is located on a quiet dead end street which is great for kids.

House Description:

The first bedroom has a queen size bed, the second bedroom has a bunk bed with a full on the bottom and a twin on top and the third bedroom has a full size bed.

Area Description:

Narragansett has several great beaches to explore. Roger Wheeler Beach (also known as Sand Hill Cove) is a protected cove, great for little ones. Roger Wheeler offers a playground and craft time. Scarborough State Beach offers body surfing and boogie-board riding on it’s rolling surf. Narragansett Town Beach is a beautiful beach and only a few miles away. The area is great for bike riding, walking or jogging. Deep sea fishing charters, the Block Island Ferry and fish markets are a 5 minute car ride away in the fishing port called Galilee. Explore Newport and tour the mansions or walk the cobblestone wharfs. Shopping and restaurants galore! Nearby are many family and upscale restaurants, as well as supermarkets, ice cream parlors, movie theatres and a bowling alley. Adventureland for children of all ages offers batting cages, go-carts and minigolf to keep the kids happy. Take the fast ferry to Martha’s Vineyard. Drive 40 minutes to Providence to eat at world class restaurants on Federal Hill, tour historic museums and homes on the East Side or take in a show in the theater district. Try your luck, shop, dine or take in a show at the Mohegan Sun and Foxwoods Casinos just 40 minutes away.

Large fenced in yard with a variety of established trees. Great for outdoor activities or just relaxing. Kid friendly indoors and out.

Washer/dryer, linens, dishwasher, microwave, cable tv/dvd, high speed internet, grill and outdoor shower.

Saturday to Saturday rental.

May 30- June 26 $2,000. week
September $2,000. week

Located halfway (1.5 miles in either direction) between downtown Edgartown and South Beach, on a dirt road in wooded area, right off a bike path, this lovely, neat, light and airy home is ideal for a small family. Features open living room /kitchen, light wood cathedral ceilings, very large deck, skylights, outdoor shower, charcoal grill, 2 bedrooms on first floor plus loft with 2 twin beds, and two bathrooms. 1500.00 per week plus 150.00 cleaning fee. We have no ferry tickets to transfer. Many good summer weeks still available.
