We own a new 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom vacation home in Oak Bluffs, Martha’s Vineyard. The home comfortably sleeps up to eight people and features an outdoor shower. Construction on the home was completed in the Spring of 2007. Most important is location. The home is a quick three minute walk to the beach, so there is no hassle with parking or crowds. The home is located two miles from both Oak Bluffs Center and Vineyard Haven Center, so you are always a quick walk or drive away from the ferry, shopping, restaurants, arcade, banks, movie theater and all other common amenities.

This home will make you feel very comfortable with dark and wide hardwood floors, granite and marble counters, central A/C, bead board and crown moldings and stainless appliances. There is a beautiful master bathroom with a rain shower, as well as a guest bath with a jacuzzi tub. The open floor plan includes a screened-in porch and a wrap around farmers porch. Real cape cod feel with modern amenities.

The home is cleaned between every rental. For your convenience we provide linens, towels, beach chairs, a cooler, a pack-n-play, a booster seat, and a baby gate.

Looking for the perfect vacation on Cape Cod during the week of Independence Day at an affordable price?? You’ve found it. Surfside Resort is a beautiful timeshare resort. With the Atlantic Ocean at the front, Great Pond behind and Martha’s Vineyard on the horizon, this resort is surrounded by the natural beauty. Our unit is a 1 bedroom suite with a whirlpool and queen bed. There are two full bathrooms, a complete kitchen with stovetop, oven and microwave – SLEEPS FOUR with pull out sleeper sofa. Amenities include your own Private Sandy Beach, Indoor & Outdoor Pools, Beach, Bocce Court, Shuffleboard and Tennis Court. The ferry that takes you to Martha’s Vineyard is a little more than a mile away. And the best part about having week 26 at Surfside is that it often falls during the week of July 4th. The fireworks display can be viewed from the front lawn of the resort or on your private beach as they are shot from a huge barge parked in Nantucket Sound. They are spectacular.
