Spring on Martha’s Vineyard —-Charming, bright, very clean house
available March, April, May at this rate only. Nautical style decor. Quiet, nice
neighbors, parking, small yard, washer/dryer in basement, glass slider to
deck. Prefer to rent to a person who will stay at least 2 months.
$800/month plus electricity and oil heat. 1 month refundable

1/2 mile walk or bike to Vineyard Haven restaurants, shopping, cinema,
bookstore, Main St. 3/4 mile walk to ferry terminal. No need for a car,
regular bus service in front of property.

This house is known as the Lark Cottage, part of The Bird Houses cottages,
which are rented in spring, summer, fall by the night or week. (The rate in
June becomes $1350/week or $210/night for this house.) It was rented for the
off-season by a single man since November, leaving early to move
into free accommodation provided by his job. So…. March, April, May are
now available.

40 minute ferry ride to the Vineyard from Woods Hole, south of Falmouth, Ma.
Costs $7.50 pp.

From our home you can walk to four beaches, one of them a very private not widely known beach and we will share its location with you. The public library is only a three minute walk and has outstanding activities for children all year long. Lake Tashmoo which is open to the ocean, is a beautiful wooded walk or drive down a curvey unpaved road to the Lake for swimming, clamming or fishing and West Chop with it’s historic lighthouse and Tennis club is also a short walk from the house. This 4 bedroom, 2 bath home provides all of the necessary amenities for a memorable and relaxing family vacation for up to 8 people. The house has a spacious floor plan that has been totally updated, which includes a well appointed kitchen that flows into the open sun-drenched dining area that has a cathedral ceiling and is surrounded by windows on three sides. A comfortable family room that is great for relaxing and entertaining, and four extra large bedrooms, complete this home. We offer a fantastic outdoor shower with hot and cold water and a changing area that is totally enclosed for privacy. A peaceful porch with rocking chairs and an island grapevine that you can use for shade and picnic under its beautiful foliage as you grill on the gas grill. The home is very well maintained with many new improvements, and includes the following amenities: gas grill, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, stove, laundry facilities, televisions, cable TV, WIRELESS INTERNET, DVD player, stereo with CD player and telephone. The four bedrooms are configured to sleep 7-8 people comfortably, two of the bedrooms have queen beds one bedroom has two twin beds and one bedroom has one full bed.
