Abutting the State Forest, our three bedroom saltbox is located in a very private area of Dodgers Hole and features very open airy spaces. This is the perfect getaway for a relaxing–leave the worries behind–summer vacation! The dining and living room areas have cathedral ceilings up through the second floor and the skylights above these areas flood the downstairs with natural light. Exposed beams, hardwood floors throughout and ceramic tiling in the kitchen and bathrooms add a special touch to our home. A fully applianced kitchen makes cooking quick and easy. Our downstairs living area has an entertainment cabinet featuring a TV and DVD/VCR combo unit as well as a CD player. One bedroom upstairs also contains a TV and VCR unit. Both entertainment systems are connected to Cable and feature both local and cable network stations.

Enjoy spectacular beaches, biking, rollerblading, hiking, fishing and sailing on the Island of Martha’s Vineyard. Access to all these activities is only minutes from our home. Or just relax at our home. Just imagine…while having morning coffee on our 400 square foot deck you listen to the early morning birds and catch an occasional glimpse of a deer running through the State Forest. After a relaxing breakfast on the deck you load up the car and head for one of the many beautiful Vineyard beaches located nearby. At the end of the day you return to our home and wash the salt and sand off using our outside hot/cold water shower. You then relax on our deck’s patio furniture afterwards and then enjoy an evening meal cooked on our barbecue.

Golf Information: The championship, 18 hole Farm Neck Golf Course is located 3 miles from our home. It is a spectacular sea side course with many challenging holes. The 9 hole Mink Meadows Golf Course is located 6 miles from our home.

Built in 1884 for the Sea Captain because of it’s perfect point location, the Manomet Beach house has been completely renovated and features cathedral ceilings, hardwood floors, skylights, a cozy fireplace, big screen TV, wireless internet, and an open floor plan with a large, fully equipped kitchen. A wrap-around deck and an outdoor spa (with a hot and cold outdoor shower) overlooks a spectacular ocean view and we have a private beach for bonfires and cook-outs. Four bedrooms with plenty of TVs, DVDs, VCRs, a reading and video library, toys, Playstation, and more. The beach house is located near a bird sanctuary, where you can spot a variety of wildlife including ocean seals, exotic birds, and sometimes even a deer! We’re walking distance to a public boat ramp, the very popular White Horse beach, fresh take-out seafood, and nature trails. This house is perfect for relaxation, romance or socializing with family and friends!
Manomet Beach is a charming beach community just south of Plymouth, ten minutes to the Cape and an hour to Boston. Nearby activities include golf, tennis, boating, hiking, museums, horseback riding, shopping, nature trails, and ferry boat rides to Martha’s Vineyard, Nantucket and Provincetown. Historic sights in Plmouth include the Mayfower, Plimouth Plantation, antique shops, Plymouth Rock, historic homes and churches, and much more.

We own a new three-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom vacation home in Oak Bluffs, Martha’s Vineyard. The home comfortably sleeps up to eight people and features an outdoor shower. Construction on the home was completed in the Spring of 2007.

Most important is location. The home is a quick three minute walk to the beach, so there is no hassle with parking or crowds. The home is located two miles from both Oak Bluffs Center and Vineyard Haven Center, so you are always a quick walk or drive away from the ferry, shopping, restaurants, arcade, banks, movie theater and all other common amenities.

This home will make you feel very comfortable with dark and wide hardwood floors, granite and marble counters, central A/C, bead board and crown moldings and stainless appliances. There is a beautiful master bathroom with a rain shower, as well as a guest bath with a jacuzzi tub. The open floor plan includes a screened-in porch and a wrap around farmers porch. Real cape cod feel with modern amenities.

The home is cleaned between every rental. For your convenience we provide linens, towels, beach chairs, a cooler, a pack-n-play, a booster seat, and a baby gate.

We do not offer ferry reservations, although the house does offer ample parking. If you would like to bring a vehicle on the island you will have to call for reservations or rent a car on island.
